By using houseofnature.in or placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns policy.

Orders

• All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. Shipping is free. Cash on Delivery orders carry a handling fee of ₹40 per order, shown before you confirm.
• Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm the order with you, usually by a phone call to the number you gave. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, the address cannot be served, or we cannot reach you to confirm.
• You receive an order id when you place an order. Keep it: it is the only way to check your order status on the Track Your Order page, together with your mobile number.
• For now we sell one unit of each product per order.

Payment

We currently accept Cash on Delivery only. Please pay the exact amount shown on your order to the delivery partner. Refusing a confirmed delivery without cause may mean we decline future Cash on Delivery orders from you.

Products

Our products are natural foods and ritual items made in small batches. Colour, texture and aroma can vary from batch to batch, and ghee, honey and oils can change with temperature (for example, honey may crystallise). This is normal and not a defect. Product information on this site is for general knowledge and is not medical advice.

Your account of information

You agree to give accurate contact and delivery details. Wrong details may delay or prevent delivery.

Use of the site

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, place fake orders, or access data that is not yours. We may limit or block access to protect the site and other customers. All text, artwork and the House of Nature name on this site belong to us.

Liability

To the extent allowed by Indian law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by events outside our control.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Rajasthan, India have jurisdiction, without affecting your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
