House of Nature (“we”, “us”) sells farm products through houseofnature.in. This page explains what information we collect, why, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- When you place an order: your name, mobile number, delivery address, the items ordered and, if you give it, your email address.
- When you track an order: the order id and mobile number you enter, used only to find that order.
- Automatically: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time) kept for security and to keep the site running. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics.
- On your device: your cart and theme choice are kept in your browser’s local storage. They never leave your device until you place an order.
How we use it
- To confirm, pack and deliver your order and to call or message you about it.
- To answer your questions and handle returns or refunds.
- To protect the site against abuse (for example, limiting repeated requests).
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not send marketing messages unless you ask for them.
Who sees it
Order details are emailed to us through our transactional email provider and stored on our server in India. Your name, phone number and address are shared with the delivery partner who brings your parcel. No one else receives your data unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as needed to serve you and to meet tax and accounting rules in India. Server logs are rotated automatically within a few weeks.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you by writing to hello@houseofnature.in. We will respond within a reasonable time. We may keep records needed for legal or accounting reasons.
Children
Our site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
